Gynaecological Ultrasound

It is the ultrasound of the female pelvis, as well as of the female reproduction organs. It is evaluated the size, composition, position of the uterus and the thickness of endometrium, according to the stage of the menstrual cycle.

Thereafter, it is evaluated the size of the ovaries, the existence of ovarian follicles, as well as the ovulation. Moreover, fibroids, genetic abnormalities of the uterus and endometrial polyps are detected.
